about this work
This work consists of black painted aluminum foil which is originally used by lightning technicians in the theater industry. Its black matt surface is cut trough revealing one layer of material after the other. The work gives example for Basualdo’s interest in and investigation of  the subconscious, the mysterious and the uncanny.
